Hello NYCKI members far and wide,

You are all invited on a magical journey of wizardry, service and NYCKI spirit! From November 4 to 6, 2011, the New York District of Circle K International will be celebrating our 30th Annual New York Speaking Conference at the Georgian in Lake George, NY! Members will get to attend workshops, participate in a variety of service opportunities, have fun at stellar fellowship events and, best of all, get to meet other NYCKI members from all over the district!

Site Downtime - Backend Configuration

I will be taking down the site at 6:30 PM EDT to proceed with back-end configuration. As such, this may take a while, so the site may not be up until 9:30 PM EDT, if not later. I will update as things move along. Nonetheless, please plan accordingly.

**Update (8:26 PM): Site reconfiguration is done! Hoepfully everything runs smoothly from here on out.

Call to District Large Scale Service Project

Attention all New York District CKI Members:

I hope this letter finds you alive and well. If you are receiving this letter, you have henceforth been summoned to appear at the 3rd Annual New York District Large Scale Service Project: Superheros of Service. Every day, people are in need of your help, whether it be at a local animal shelter or in a nearby library. Now, more than ever, we need your help in saving the world.

Drupal Update

At 4:30 PM EDT, I will be updating Drupal to version 7.8, which was released recently. This is to mainly patch up security holes. As such, this shouldn't take more than half an hour, but to make sure things are smooth, the site will be down until 5:00 PM EDT. I will update when things are back up.
