Treasurers play a vital role with fundraisers through planning, and keeping an eye on their club’s budget. Throughout the year, Treasurers may also assist with membership retention and recruitment. Collecting dues at the start of each fall semester is one of the Treasurers’ most crucial responsibilities. This is very important since a club runs the risk of losing its charter if dues are not paid. Dues are a vital part of Circle K International, as they provide benefits such as scholarships and funding.
Additionally, Treasurers will record data and information from their fundraisers within something called the Fundraising Report Form. This is for organizing and tracking purposes. There is further information within the actual Fundraising Report Form.
When formulating dues, a few things to keep in mind are district and international fees. District dues are $8/member.
2025 – 2026
The international dues are $36 per person, making the total cost of dues $44 per member.
2026-2027 and Beyond
If international membership is below 9,000 by April 1st, the international dues will be $44 per person. This would bring the total dues to $52 per member.
